Un colloque international du Centre de Pékin de l’École française d’Extrême-Orient

Prestigieux « casting » pour ce colloque qui réunis des sommités du monde entier (Pierre-Étienne Will du Collège de France, Susan Naquin, Xu Pingfang, Kristofer Schipper, Wang Ch’iu-Kuei, etc.) autour des temples de Pékin, l’un des projets phares du centre de Pékin de l’École française d’Extrême-Orient.

LE TEMPLE ET SES ACTEURS EN CHINE URBAINE
DES MING A LA RÉPUBLIQUE

qui se tiendra du 29 au 31 octobre 2009 à l’Université normale de Pékin (bâtiment principal, aile B, salle 700A , 北京市新街口外大街19号，北京师范大学，新主楼B座700A励耘学术报告厅).


    Commencé à l’automne 2004, le programme de recherche « Épigraphie et mémoire orale des temples de Pékin, histoire sociale d’une capitale d’empire » a réuni des matériaux relatifs à plus de onze cents temples situés dans la ville tartare. Ces documents issus de l’épigraphie religieuse, des archives impériales et républicaines, de la littérature et des enquêtes de terrain permettent de reconstituer en partie l’histoire et le fonctionnement des temples de Pékin.

    Le colloque a pour but de présenter les résultats de ce programme et d’inviter les spécialistes du domaine à s’exprimer sur des thèmes voisins.
